Every year we go camping at Potato Point on the NSW south coast. This is a contemporary, stylised painting of the view from our campsite as the sun sets behind us. It’s an absolute stunner of a place and I wanted to keep the painting simple to reflect the natural beauty of the area. I have painted this scene several times and at different times of the day and I never get bored with it!
This painting is made with quality acrylic paint on stretched canvas. The painting measures 35.5 x 35.5cm and the edges are extra deep at 5cm. The edges have been painted to form part of the painting so whilst it can be framed, it doesn't need to!  It comes with a wire across the back, ready to hang and this size looks great on its own or part of a salon hang. It also makes a perfect gift.
