I started painting the Tilba series back in 2019 and it has developed over time to incorporate bolder, brighter colours as it moves further away from the visual reality yet closer, in many ways, to the feeling of the area. Tilba is such a beautiful place with its rich soil and rolling hills just a stone's throw from the ocean. I can't wait to get back there!
 
This piece is a more whimsical, abstract representation of Tilba, evoking feelings of joy and wonderment whilst simply viewing gorgeous colours.
