Less Travelled is a scene I've painted previously and have been intending to revisit for a long time - and I finally did! I wanted to create a piece with some softer colours incorporated into my typical strong, bright pallet and I think the result is really uplifting. The scene itself is quite simple: a track leading up a hill, but with the shadows and the dappled light and little pops of colour, it becomes quite joyful.
 
 Less Travelled would look beautiful against a white wall and would work on its own or as part of a salon hang.
