Tilba, Take Me Back is the latest piece in my Tilba series and is based (rather loosely) on a photo I took in Central Tilba many years ago. I've painted this scene several times, mostly in larger sizes and always feel like I'm drawn back into the landscape, as if I'm there. If you haven't been to Tilba or the surrounding areas, do yourself a favour and get there when you can. It's just a beautiful slice of the country.
